Applications:
1. Broad-spectrum antibacterial, bacteriostatic
strength. Allicin has obvious curative effect on fish, shrimp, crab, soft

Synthesis of Alicin
The source of Allicin has two methods, one is the biological extraction method, which is from the natural garlic element distillation from the distillation, the method of low yield, high cost, raw materials seasonal strong; One is the chemical synthesis of allicin and natural extraction of allicin, the main ingredients are consistent, raw materials are easy to obtain, and the concentration of active ingredients is higher than natural extracts, synthetic products in the nature of more stable, bactericidal strength, and the efficacy is faster.
At present, the use of allicin for veterinary and aquatic products, most of the synthetic product. The synthesis of allicin was mainly based on the mixture content of sulfur, propylene and disulfide, and the quality of allicin was indicated, and it was simple and feasible to synthesize the allicin by using sodium sulfide-sodium sulfate as the commonly used in industry. Application

Conclusions:
1)The addition of allicin in broiler diets can improve the feed intake of broilers, increase the vigor and weight of the chickens, improve the average daily weight by 6.8%, and reduce the ratio of meat to 3.4%. Garlic is rich in natural fragrance, can eliminate the drug in the feed and other substances bring bad taste, improve the palatability of the feed, significantly increase the secretion of animal gastric juice, increase gastrointestinal peristalsis, stimulate animal appetite, thus increasing intake. and allicin can effectively inhibit and kill the digestive tract nitrate and the original bacteria, blocking carcinogenic substance of the synthesis of ammonium nitrate, so as to prevent the digestive tract canceration effect, to ensure the normal physiological function of animal digestive tract.
2)The disulfide and sulfur ether in allicin can enter the cytoplasm through the membrane of the pathogen, oxidize the thiol-containing enzyme to disulfide, inhibit the cell division and destroy the normal metabolism of the bacteria and cancer cells. And for the disease of animals and poultry, the Shigella, pasteurized, typhoid, white staphylococcus, Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa have good inhibition and killing effect, so can replace the other antibiotics in the diet, effectively solve the problem of drug residues in livestock and poultry products, improve the quality of livestock products, protect the environment. 4)To sum up, adding 0.01% allicin in broiler diets can significantly improve the survival rate and daily weight of broilers, and reduce the meat ratio. Allicin is an efficient feed additive which is worth popularizing in aquaculture industry.
Other applications
(1) Adding 100-150p allicin to the layer feed can increase the egg production more than 9% and improve the feed utilization rate of more than 9%.
(2)Adding 150ppm allicin to the growing chicken feed can
increase the weight gain more than 9%, and the meat ratio drops more than 5%.

250ppm allicin in broiler feed, average weight gain 8.7%, consumption decreased

(3)Adding 200ppm
allicin to the feed of grass carp, increasing the weight by 11.8%, improving
the feed conversion rate by 12.4%, and increasing the survival rate by 17%.
(4)In fattening pig feed to add 200ppm allicin test, the results show: no diarrhea, enteritis occurrence, appetite enhancement, hair color bright, physique robust, increase the weight of more than 6.2%, feed utilization increased by more than 11.8%, and can prevent Ascaris, hookworm disease.
