1. Brief about corn gluten meal
Corn gluten meal is the by-product of starch factory after produced corn starch. Its raw material is corn, by peeling, crashing, deslagging, and extracting starch and then concentrate, dried the yellow water to get protein products. It is rich in protein, can be used as feed additives. Compared with industrial fish meal and soybean cake, it has strong advantage in resource, high feeding value, no harmful substances, do not need further processing, can be directly used as plant protein source. Due to different purposes and different production process the nutrition of corn gluten meal is different, which directly affect the effective utilization and feed formula economic benefits. Pharmaceutical industry production of corn gluten meal containing protein as high as 60% above. The protein content is higher than the bean cake and fish meal high 21% and 3.7%, is a high-protein feed raw materials, and the crude fiber content is lower than 3.9% soybean cake. Advantage:

Application:
1) Used as feed protein source
The protein content of corn gluten meal is high, contains rich amino acids, in bean cake, fish feed shortage in the market can be used to replace bean cake, fish meal protein feed, etc. With corn gluten meal layers mainly feed rate can be improved by about 15%. Can prevent and cure chicken cartilage disease and other diseases, promoting health growth, to improve the quality of egg protein. Corn gluten meal contains linoleic acid, which can promote the chicken lipid metabolism and the essential amino acid polymerization.
2) Cow: Using corn gluten meal can help the rumen’s undigestion protein to be better digested and absorbed by small intestine.
3) Pig: good palatability is easy to digest and absorb. Improve the daily weight gain and increase pigs’ body length and chest circumference.
4) Chicken: Using corn gluten meal as main feed, the laying rate can be increased 15%. Can prevent chicken cartilage disease and other diseases, improve the egg protein quality, deepen the color of egg, skin and legs. Contains linoleic acid, which can promote the lipid metabolism of chicken, promote the polymerization of essential amino acids.
