Description
CELLULASE
Introduction:
Cellulase is a highly active hydrolase produced by a Trichoderma strain with high yield and solid state fermentation. Cellulase is an enzyme system composed of Endonuclease β - glucosidase (C1), Exonuclease β - glucanase (Cx) and β – glucosidase, different components of cellulase system cooperate to degrade cellulose into glucose. Among them, C1 acts on the β - 1.4 glycoside bond in cellulose molecule to produce small molecular cellulose with non reducing ends. Cx acts on the non reducing ends of the short chain to produce cellobiose. β - glucosidase hydrolyzes cellobiose into glucose molecules furtherly. This product can effectively destroy the cell wall structure, degrade the anti nutritional factors in feed, expand the use of unconventional raw materials, reduce feed cost and improve production performance.

Features:
(1) Temperature range: 50-70 ℃, optimum temperature 55-60 ℃
(2) The pH range was 4.0-6.0, and the optimum pH was 4.8-5.2
(3) Definition of enzyme activity: 1g or 1ml hydrolyzes sodium carboxymethyl cellulose substrate at 50 ℃ and pH 4.8 for 1 hour to produce reducing sugar equivalent to 1mg glucose, which is one unit of enzyme activity
Functions:
(1) Effectively destroy the structure of plant cell wall and promote the release of other nutrients in plant cells.
(2) Promote the secretion of endogenous enzymes and increase the activity of endogenous enzymes in digestive tract.
(3) Improve feed nutrient utilization rate and production performance.
(4) Promote the growth of beneficial bacteria, inhibit the reproduction of harmful bacteria, and improve the disease resistance of animals.
